Cartridges Direct UK Ltd delivery service is free to the UK on all orders over £15 and sent by Royal Mail as standard. Please note that Royal Mail First Class is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and you should allow 1 to 3 days for a normal delivery.
For larger orders we will send by courier which will be chargeable, price will be discussed when ordering.
All orders placed before 4pm on a normal working day i.e Monday to Friday will be dispatched on a same day basis.
Courier delivery will deliver as standard on a next working day basis, their service excludes weekends.
We also deliver same day free locally within the EX8 postcode all orders made before 1pm.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including original purchase order). Postage and insurance are not refundable.
If you are returning unused, unopened goods within 14 days, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund.
For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 01395 278400 within 24hrs to notify us of any changes to your order. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.
In the unlikely event that a cartridge has failed, please call our customer service department on 01395 278400 and we will be able to assist you further with your returns and an RMA. Upon receipt faulty goods will be checked to confirm claim, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods.
